
The Growth Business (GB) unit drives NTUC First Campus’ portfolio of growth and enrichment ventures, spanning Changemakers Explorer, Changemakers Afterschool, Chinese enrichment, in-centre enrichment, Outdoor School, and the SEED social programmes, alongside regional expansion across Southeast Asia. GB operates as an entrepreneurial, build-phase unit focused on scaling new revenue streams and brand-led experiences for children and families.
The Content & Digital Marketing Senior Executive drives content and digital execution across the Growth Business portfolio. This is the team’s production and delivery engine, creating the organic, social, and campaign content that builds the Changemakers brand, fuels the performance marketing engine, and tells the Growth Business story across every business line.
The role works closely with the Brand & Strategy Lead on brand and creative output, and supports the Performance Marketing Lead on search and digital performance, including SEO and SEM. It suits a hands-on, fast-moving content creator who can turn briefs into shipped assets across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
A. Content Creation & Production
Plan, create, and produce organic and social content across the Growth Business brands and channels.
Write copy and develop visual and short-form content that brings the Changemakers brand promise to life.
Manage the content calendar across the portfolio, maintaining a consistent and timely publishing cadence.
Turn campaign and brand briefs into high-quality, on-brand assets, working to deadlines across multiple business lines.
B. Social & Community Management
Manage day-to-day publishing, engagement, and community response across the Growth Business social channels.
Grow audience, engagement, and reach across platforms through consistent, relevant content.
Monitor social conversation and surface insights, opportunities, and risks to the marketing team.
Capture content, stories, and case studies from programmes and events for use across channels.
C. SEO, AEO, SEM & Performance Support
Support the Performance Marketing Lead on search engine optimisation (SEO), including on-page content, keyword integration, and content structure that improves organic visibility.
Support search engine marketing (SEM) execution, including ad copy, landing-page content, and creative assets for paid campaigns.
Optimise content for discoverability and conversion across web and landing pages.
Track content and search performance and feed learnings back into the content and campaign plan.
Support the implementation and execution of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to increase brand visibility, citations, and referral traffic from AI search tools and LLM-powered platforms.
D. Brand & Campaign Support
Support the Brand & Strategy Lead on brand, creative, and campaign execution across the portfolio.
Maintain brand consistency and quality across all content and digital touchpoints.
Assist with the production of marketing collateral and assets in alignment with brand guidelines.
Support broader marketing and partnership initiatives as required in a build-phase team.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in content, social, or digital marketing.
Strong writing ability and a sharp eye for visual content, with the capacity to produce quickly and to brief.
Basic photography, video creation and editing skills.
Hands-on experience with social platforms, scheduling tools, and basic content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Briefing freelancers (e.g. designers, videographers) on content deliverables and reviewing output for brand and quality fit
Working knowledge of SEO and SEM principles and tools (e.g. Google Ads, Google Search Console).
A genuine interest in education, children, and the Changemakers mission.

Organised and self-directed, able to juggle multiple brands and deadlines.
Hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable shipping at pace.

Other Skills & Knowledge
Advanced video creation and editing skills.
Experience with paid social and search campaign support.
Familiarity with web CMS platforms and basic analytics.
Photography or design capability.
