Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new donors, including corporates, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.
• 
  Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies and donor engagement plans.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate donor records and support stewardship to build long-term relationships.
  
• 
  Plan and execute key fundraising events and campaigns (e.g. Charity Golf, Find Your Y).
  
• 
  Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling fundraising materials and reports.
  
• 
  Represent company at events to build awareness and strengthen donor networks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields; Diploma holders with relevant fundraising experience will be considered.
• Passion for organization's mission and commitment to community impact.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and deadline-driven skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Singapore's fundraising regulations, including the Charities Act and guidelines from the Commissioner of Charities.
