About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive - Commercial Finance to join Dubai Holding Real Estate The job holder will provide support and contribute to the Commercial Finance activities of the business ensuring accurate financial information, effective budgeting processes, and informed decision-making within the organization.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Provide support in developing budget plans and schedules in line with Group policies and procedures and execute the budgetary plans in coordination with concerned departments to ensure smooth preparation of budgets.

• Act as a liaison between entity/department heads and finance team for collating the information required to develop annual budgets. Support in monitoring its implementation and for any subsequent budget recalibrations or forecasts required by the management.

• Assist in preparation of periodic and ad hoc Management Information Reports to provide Management with timely and relevant information for making informed decisions to ensure the effectiveness of the cost control within the company Develop and maintain appropriate KPI information reporting systems.

• Support with variance analyses of the actual results in relation to the budgeted figures to ensure KPI delivery.

• Contribute in developing Budgetary, IS and Project reporting policies, process, procedures, forms and templates that ensure adequate budgetary controls and reporting structure for overall company operations thereby ensuring the cost advantage in all its resource utilization and financial activities.

• Modify and maintain financial models for budgetary and business analysis to ensure accuracy of budgetary assumptions.

• Provide inputs to develop and enhance budgeting, planning, controlling and reporting tools to minimize the variance and to bring more accuracy in budgeting and reporting processes.

• Assist in providing input to the development and enhancements of Budgetary and MIS systems in coordination with other concerned department to ensure generation of budgetary/ actual transaction, accounting and financial reports that are required to meet the business objectives.

• Support with Hyperion Budgeting software and ensure budgets are prepared, maintained and monitored accurately within the software. Identify and raise any issues to the technical team for resolution.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Graduate in Accounting/Finance ; CA/ACCA (Chartered Accountant/ Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) - preferred

• Knowledge of Management Information Systems, Oracle System and MS Office Tools

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Finance with preferred experience in real estate industry.

• Proficiency in financial software, data analysis tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

• Proficiency in financial modeling
