Provide frontline support for Registry and Court Operations, including explaining filing requirements and required documents.
Handle enquiries from court users and process applications over the counter and online.
Process high-volume applications accurately and within timelines.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support court users.
Carry out physical service of court documents and track service status.
Assist in workflow improvements and updating of SOPs.
Work with partner agencies (e.g. MSF, SPF) on case-related matters.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Willing to perform field duties and travel within Singapore using public or own transport (reimbursable).
Able to work independently and in a team, and manage work under pressure.
Good customer service and communication skills.
IT-literate and comfortable using office systems and applications.

Fri : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Sat : 8.30 am to 1.00 pm (rostered on average twice a month)
