Job Description

The Senior Executive, CCWB Doc Processing EE, is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of documentation related to Corporate, Commercial, and Wholesale Banking (CCWB) operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role involves handling complex transactions and providing support to junior team members.

  • Process a wide range of CCWB documentation, including but not limited to loan agreements, trade finance documents, guarantees, and security documents.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and validity of all processed documents, adhering to established service level agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of documentation for compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
  • Liaise with various internal departments (e.g., front office, legal, compliance) and external parties (e.g., clients, other banks) to resolve discrepancies and gather necessary information.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on complex document processing issues and best practices.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, operational issues, or compliance breaches to management.
  • Participate in system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails of all processed documents and related communications.
  • Stay updated on relevant industry regulations, internal policies, and product knowledge.
