About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Business Partner to support Motive's Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role requires a high level of discretion, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will play a key role in enabling executive productivity and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, while acting as a trusted partner to leadership. You'll also lead Motive's existing Pakistan-based technical EA team, which supports VPs and senior directors across our global Product and Technology organizations — bringing consistent standards and a single point of ownership to administrative operations across R&D.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain executive calendars for the CPO and CTO, including scheduling, prioritization, and coordination across stakeholders
• Anticipate executive needs and act ahead of requests, preparing materials and context in advance
• Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and logistics for meetings and events
• Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinate across time zones and manage complex scheduling constraints with senior stakeholders
• Manage high-priority and time-sensitive requests, exercising strong judgment and discretion
• Plan and execute team offsites, meetings, and events
• Lead and develop the Pakistan-based technical EA team supporting R&D, including setting coverage models, service standards, and career development paths
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
• Maintain organizational documents such as org charts and distribution lists
• Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably as a lead in a fast-paced or startup environment, including experience supporting C-level executives
• 2+ years of people management experience, ideally leading an EA or administrative team; experience managing a globally distributed team is strongly preferred given the team's presence in Pakistan
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
• Ability to handle interruptions while maintaining focus and follow-through
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Strong judgment and ability to prioritize effectively

Pay Transparency

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the compensation range is:

United States

$105,000—$150,000 USD
