Senior Executive ‐ Business Analyst

(Based at Ratmalana)

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assist to rigorously analyse business data, customer trends and construct informative reports/presentations to top management in a timely manner to facilitate strategic decision making; continuously engage in initiatives that improve business and production processes to meet current business objectives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and approve artwork, screen parameters, silicone recipes, and suitable embellishment processes to ensure customer requirements and production feasibility are achieved.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team to prepare and manage Time & Action (T&A) plans for each style, considering sampling stages and raw material requirements.
• Drive the costing and BOM ordering process to ensure timely execution and competitive pricing aligned with customer expectations.
• Coordinate the confirmation of quality assurance parameters, including shade bands and measurement tolerances.
• Review and approve final production Tech Packs prepared by Development Engineers prior to handover to Production.
• Evaluate pilot appraisal findings, provide technical solutions, and ensure commercial approvals are completed and submitted to the Quality Department.
• Collaborate with Production and Manufacturing teams to implement continuous improvements for existing products.
• Coordinate weekly sample submission and execution plans to ensure timely availability of raw materials, patterns, and artworks.
• Manage and balance workload allocation among Development Engineers to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical training, coaching, and guidance to Development Engineers to enhance their knowledge and competency.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets to support the achievement of monthly business objectives.
• Communicate technical information internally and externally to ensure alignment with customer requirements and business expectations.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in business management/Analytics/Marketing

• 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
