Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree with at least two years’ relevant work experience in tertiary institutions. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); good interpersonal skills and telephone manner; self-motivation with a strong sense of responsibility; a good teamwork attitude; and an ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines. They should also be proficient in computer applications (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing).
The appointee will be responsible for providing administrative support to a taught postgraduate programme, managing tasks related to student admissions, course selection, attendance records, data collection and compilation, and course evaluations. Additionally, he/she will assist with programme publicity, student activities, handling inquiries, and completing specific or general clerical tasks as required. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours and/or travel occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and interview.
Applicants with lower qualifications and/or less experience may be considered for the appointment of Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk II).
