The Executive Administrative Assistant & Board Liaison is a trusted partner to the CEO, providing high-level executive support and helping drive organizational effectiveness. This highly visible role manages the CEO’s priorities, communications, scheduling, Board relations, and key strategic initiatives.

Serving as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, this position supports governance activities and fosters strong relationships between Board members and organizational leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and exercises exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential to success in this role.

✅What You’ll Do

Administrative Support

  • Provide a central support source for administrative services, presentation preparation, organizational charts, and meeting management
  • Oversight of the acquisition, distribution and storage of office equipment, ensure office supplies are well stocked and managed within budget.
  • Oversight of office space such that the physical workspace and meeting space

Executive Support

  • Provide dedicated and exclusive executive support to the Chief Executive Officer and President
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and communications
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO by anticipating needs, identifying priorities, and ensuring timely execution of critical initiatives
  • Prepare briefing materials, background research, talking points, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external engagements

Board Liaison

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors
  • Manage all Board administration activities: planning, communication, documentation, and execution
  • Coordinate annual Board and Committee calendars, meeting schedules, and governance-related deadlines
  • Prepare and distribute Board materials, agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting packets
  • Record and maintain official Board and Committee meeting minutes and records

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills to work effectively across the organization and as a partner with program staff and management
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision to manage projects and initiatives in coordination with a broad group of personnel
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills to assure that assigned initiatives are effectively managed
  • Proven project management skills and knowledge of project management techniques
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a Chief Executive Officer, President, Executive Director, or comparable senior executive

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5-7 years of office management and/or operational/executive support experience
  • Experienced communicator and presenter of information to non-technical audiences

Salary: $80,000.00-$90,000.00/annually
