Job Description

Ridgeline is looking for a senior, highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to join our Product & Technology (P&T) organization. This role reports to the Chief of Staff and provides dedicated support to VPs across the P&T org. In addition to owning calendar and travel management with excellence, you'll help leaders stay ahead of shifting priorities, connect the dots across the organization, and proactively flag issues before they become problems. You'll be deeply embedded across the organization, building relationships and understanding how the pieces fit together to help keep a fast-moving, high-growth team running smoothly.

What will you do?

• Manage complex, shifting calendars for multiple senior leaders, balancing competing priorities in real time
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, and prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports (including multi-currency expenses)
• Organize and prepare for leadership meetings and offsites, including gathering materials, booking venues, and managing logistics
• Attend meetings as needed, take notes, and help prepare summaries or follow-up materials
• Serve as a connective point across business functions — keeping leaders informed of time-sensitive and priority issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up
• Support onsite and office experience needs, such as event coordination, office seating, and office moves
• Build relationships and trust across the organization so you know who's who and can navigate cross-functional requests efficiently
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion with confidential and sensitive information
• Adapt your working style to the preferences of multiple leaders, each with different communication styles and needs

Desired Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior administrative role, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders at once and familiarity supporting leaders across different time zones
• A senior-level self-starter who can take direction on overall strategy and then execute independently, without needing to be told exactly how to execute
• Strong time management and context-switching skills — comfortable juggling shifting priorities across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills; a natural relationship-builder who reads people and organizational dynamics well
• High degree of maturity, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling confidential information
• Adaptable and open to change — comfortable adjusting your approach as the business and its needs evolve
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Familiarity with Google Suite or similar productivity tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where priorities can shift quickly

• Experience managing multi-currency travel and expense processes

Compensation and Benefits

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. In select locations (including, the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.

The typical starting salary range for this role is: $102,500-$135,500.

The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is: $119,000-$149,000.

Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
