In this role you will be responsible for
· Supplier Management (Schedule & Order management)
Responsible for Direct Material Procurement domestic suppliers and support other SCM related activities Like LIS, Web EDI, Labeling, Packaging adherence, OTIF (AS246, AS247, AS51, AS244,
· Inventory management
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve
• Monthly Schedule release to Suppliers as per Sales/Production plan
• Preparation and Analysis of 15-month forecasting release to the suppliers
• Release of suppliers weekly/monthly schedule firm and forecasting
• Review daily shortages of local parts for production & Spares Procure based on requirements only.
• Ensure material availability against daily production plan to avoid any production Loss on line’s
• Inventory Management
• Capacity confirmation from supplier’s time to time based on customer volumes.
• Ensure / Closure of pending GRN on time
• Releasing of daily requirement of parts to suppliers for the day production.
• Update and ensure implementation of Latest po. & Part numbers in the system as per BOM
• Arrange & Ensure availability of all IMC’S and Chemicals.
• Monitoring of plan vs. actual supply from suppliers
• Manage and control inventory as per decided Autoliv norms.
• Local suppliers audit during new project for assessment during new projects development
• meetings/suggestions/improvements/trainings when planed.
• Participate in physical inventory quarterly and annually.
• MIS for Procurement, like OTP Updates, Material down time, freight details etc.
• GIT Declaration
• Freight budget, accruals, service bills submission against provision/actuals etc.
• Maintain 5’s in respective zone.
• Full knowledge of QAD, Oracle, ERP, and Exposure on SAP also.
