Job Description

Candidate Profile:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 3–5 years experience in business development or sales, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.
Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is highly preferred.
Proven ability to build strategic relationships and close deals.
Sound knowledge of solar technology and renewable energy market dynamics.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel frequently within the Maldives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities:


Identify potential business opportunities in the Maldives for solar panel installations (residential, commercial, and industrial).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, consultants, and clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure feasibility, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities in the Maldives.
