As a Senior Executive Assistant at Ontario Teachers’,you will play a critical role in supporting senior leaders and enabling the smooth day-to-day operations of a high-performing investment team. This position requires a proactive, highlyorganizedand solutions-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment andis able tomanage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

You will act as a trusted partner to senior executives, providing seamless administrative and operational support across a broad range of activities including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meetinglogistics, expensemanagementand team operations. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong judgement, a collaborativemindsetand the ability toanticipateneeds before they arise.

WhatYou’llDo

  • Provide high-level executive support to two Senior Managing Directors and their wider teams within a fast-paced investment environment

  • Proactively manage complex calendars, meetingcoordinationand scheduling across multiple time zones, balancing changing priorities and business needs

  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries,logisticsand visa requirements where applicable

  • Prepare,reviewandsubmitexpense reports ina timelyandaccuratemanner, ensuring compliance with internal policies

  • Manage vendor invoices and support the processing and tracking of payments

  • Coordinate andconsolidateexpenses to support portfolio company chargeback processes

  • Support recurring board and governance engagements for portfolio companies, including scheduling,logisticsand meeting preparation

  • Organize internal team meetings, offsites, clientmeetingsand business development events, including catering and venue coordination

  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, externalpartnersand senior executives, acting as a trusted point of contact

  • Anticipate administrative needs,identifyprocessimprovementsand provide proactive support to enhance team effectiveness

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism,discretionand sound judgment

  • Provideadditionaladministrative and operational support asrequiredacross the London office

Whatyou’llneed

  • Significant experiencesupporting senior executives in financial services, private equity, investment management, or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability toanticipateneeds and proactively solve problems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally

  • High levelof discretion and judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information

  • Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word,Exceland PowerPoint

  • Experience coordinating complex international travel, executivecalendarsand senior-level meetings

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a client-service mindset with a positive,adaptableand solutions-oriented approach

  • Demonstrated initiative,accountabilityand follow-through in managing tasks and projects

  • Experience working in a global or international office environment is an asset

  • Post-secondary education is considered an asset

  • Flexibility and willingness to support business needs outside of core working hours whenrequired

  • Additionallanguage skills would be considered an advantage
