Kyverna is seeking Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO and other C-level executives when needed. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and act as a key liaison across the executive leadership team, Board of Directors, investors, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth biotech environment and demonstrates exceptional judgment, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and execute with a high degree of accuracy and urgency.

The San Francisco Bay area salary range for this position is from $150,000 to $175,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation individual education, experience, tenure, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in Company’s stock plan.

Kyverna is a patient-centered, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing cell therapies for patients suffering from autoimmune diseases. Our lead product candidate, KYV-101 is advancing through clinical development across two broad areas of autoimmune disease: rheumatology and neurology, including Phase 2 trials for stiff-person syndrome, multiple sclerosis and myasthenia gravis, a Phase 1/2 trial for systemic sclerosis, and two ongoing multi-center, open-label Phase 1/2 trials in the United States and Germany for patients with lupus nephritis.
Kyverna’s pipeline includes next-generation chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies in both autologous and allogeneic formats with properties intended to be well suited for use in B cell-driven autoimmune diseases.
