
R&P is looking for a Senior Exective Assistant to provide comprehensive Operations Analyst Support to the Deputy Program Acquisition Exectuive (DPAE) CVN Front Office to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The individual in this role would apply administrative and program management expertise to coordinate and deconflict schedules and calendars, facilitate meetings, escort visitors, coordinate travel logistics, manage correspondence, and support the resolution of complex acquisition, production, in-service, and dismantlement challenges across DPAE CVN and its three program offices. The candidate should possess working knowledge of Navy Correspondence and Naval Message formatting and distribution, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. This position will also serve as backup support to the RADM and Executive Director EAs, assist the Chief of Staff (CoS), and directly support the Director of Logistics, Planning & Admin with all facilities, logistics, and administrative matters. The candidate will be required to work standard hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
