Job Objective:

The role will manage end-to-end import/export documentation, customs clearance, logistics coordination, shipment tracking, duty optimization, vendor coordination, MIS reporting, and cross-functional execution in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, shipping bills, bills of entry, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and statutory records.

• Ensure customs, trade, regulatory, documentation, company policy, and audit compliance across all import/export transactions.

• Handle duties, tariffs, duty drawback, Advance Authorization, DBK, RoDTEP, and other applicable exemption or export incentive processes.

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, CHA/customs brokers, transporters, ports, shipping lines, airlines, and internal teams for timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

• Track shipments, support smooth clearance, resolve logistics issues, and maintain clear visibility for business stakeholders.

• Drive freight cost reduction, duty optimization, vendor consolidation, process improvement, and stronger logistics terms through effective coordination and negotiation.

• Maintain audit-ready shipment records, customs documents, cost data, vendor invoices, MIS reports, compliance trackers, and performance dashboards.

Job Specification & Skill:

• Graduate in any discipline; specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Commerce, or Business Administration preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in import/export operations, customs clearance, logistics, warehouse coordination, supply chain operations, or international trade documentation.

• Manufacturing, electrical, engineering, industrial products, or export-oriented organization experience will be preferred.

• Working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, shipment trackers, logistics MIS, and vendor coordination.
