Job Description

The Senior Executive, Sales & Promotion of Agency Distribution drives agency engagement and sales momentum through end-to-end planning and execution of recognition programs, events, promotions, and conferences. This role partners closely with Agency Leadership, Compensation, Marketing, Operations and Vendors to design impactful initiatives, manage events flawlessly, and track performance outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

Agency Engagement

  • Design and execute engagement calendars (monthly/quarterly) aligned to sales priorities.
  • Coordinate communications (emails, social posts, leader cascades) to maximize reach and clarity.
  • Gather feedback from field leaders and advisors; translate insights into action plans.

Promotions & Sales Campaigns

  • Develop sales promotions and mechanics (eligibility, qualifiers, timelines, rewards) in collaboration with Compensation and Compliance.
  • Build launch materials (briefs, FAQs, toolkits) and run leader enablement sessions.
  • Track campaign performance; provide weekly dashboards, risk flags, and course-correction recommendations.

Recognition & Awards

  • Plan recognition programs (monthly, quarterly, annual), including criteria, governance, and budget.
  • Oversee award production, fulfillment, and ceremonies; ensure timely communication with qualifiers.
  • Manage Top Producer and Leader recognition journeys and touchpoints.

Conferences & Events

  • Lead end-to-end planning for agency conferences, summits, and roadshows (agenda, speakers, venue, AV, logistics).
  • Manage vendor sourcing, contracts, and budgets; ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Execute on-site operations and post-event evaluations with measurable KPIs.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and required logs.
  • Run cross-functional workstreams; chair regular check-ins; escalate blockers promptly.
  • Maintain clear documentation and approvals per governance.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce weekly/monthly performance reports on promotions, engagement, and event ROI.
  • Monitor KPIs (participation, activation, conversion, sales uplift, NPS) and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree: MBA or relevant post-grad is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in agency sales support, events, promotions, or marketing (insurance/financial services preferred).
  • Proven track record in end-to-end event management and sales campaign execution.
  • Strong project management skills; adept with timelines, budgets, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical proficiency with Excel/Sheets and dashboard tools; comfortable with KPIs and ROI analysis.
  • High attention to detail, quality mindset, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
