Job Function

Responsible for ensuring smooth execution of daily operations within the Account Maintenance Group, including end-of-day reconciliation to confirm timely handling of all requests. Duties include processing and maintaining all customer and account-related updates as Maker or Checker, in strict adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). All activities must be completed accurately and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Data Processing & Maintenance

  • Responsible for processing and maintaining all customer and account-related updates as Maker or Checker.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and are completed accurately within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Review and monitor exceptional maintenance reports, including unsuccessful normalization requests, NRA reports, and other related exceptions.
  • Escalate issues promptly to the appropriate parties, Team Leader, or Unit Head for timely resolution.
  • Prepare and submit management and regulatory reports accurately and within stipulated timelines, including SREF justifications for amendments and other compliance-related documentation.
  • Maintain attention to detail to uphold high standards and meet all regulatory requirements.

Testing & Continuity

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements to ensure functionality and readiness.
  • Contribute to Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) exercises to support operational resilience and preparedness for unexpected disruptions.

Ad-hoc Assignments

  • Assist with ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Unit/Department Head, including but not limited to data remediation, data validation, and other operational or compliance-related tasks.

  • Actively participate in team huddles, meetings, and cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
  • Provide constructive input and share knowledge to support collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Complete mandatory training and e-learning modules promptly to stay updated on policies, systems, and regulatory changes.
  • Pursue opportunities for professional growth, including advanced training, certifications, and leadership development programs.
  • Seek and apply feedback to enhance performance and contribute to team success.

7. Strategic Contribution and Operational Excellence

  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
  • Contribute to risk management and compliance strategies to strengthen governance and reduce operational risks.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Degree in any business related studies
  • Fresh graduates and those with less than 2 years working experience are encouraged to apply
  • Possess good analytical and communication skills
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal skill
  • Basic knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Copilot.
