Job Description

Designation: A2 – Senior Executive – Royalty Processing

Qualification: B.Com/MBA or any finance related degree

Experience: 1.5 Years to 3 Years

Skill Set: Advanced Communication Skills, written & verbal with an advanced level of excel skills

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days working)

Shift Time: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Mode of Work: Hybrid (3 Days WFO & 2 Days WFH)

Weekly Offs: Fixed on Saturday & Sunday

Job Location: Bengaluru

Demonstrates excellent expertise in validating micro-level sales data, identifying discrepancies, and driving accurate resolutions. Key strengths include, but are not limited to:

  1. Strong hands-on experience with Excel formulas, functions, and data analysis techniques.
  2. Exceptional logical reasoning and critical thinking skills to investigate and resolve data inconsistencies.
  3. Keen attention to detail when validating large and complex datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  4. Highly collaborative team player who is committed to shared goals and effectively manages collective responsibilities.
  5. Strong understanding of the importance of adhering to financial and operational timelines, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
  6. A meticulous planner with the ability to effectively prioritize professional responsibilities while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
