Job Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness by staying compliant with regulations
• Generate payroll reports and distribute to different stakeholders as appropriate
• Provide timely resolution to payroll-related queries
• Have a thorough understanding of the various Earnings, Deductions and Benefits associated with the US Payroll
• Have a thorough understanding of Terminations process from an immediate and non-immediate pay state perspective
• Attention to detail on all the payroll processes
• Handle various Payroll Inputs such as Time sheets, One time and Recurring Payments/Deductions, Manual checks, Garnishment inputs, New Hires, Terminations (Voluntary & Involuntary), LOA, PTO, Direct Deposit handling, W4 handling, 401k handling, Medical, Dental and Vision Benefit deductions, basic understanding of US Payroll taxes by ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Good understanding about Payroll calendars and is aware of how various Payroll frequencies such as Weekly, Bi-weekly, Semi-monthly and Monthly payrolls are processed
• Audit payroll inputs, address discrepancies if any before it is sent to the Team Manager for further review

Ensure timely and accurate entry of payroll information, maintaining confidential records and handling sensitive employee information with discretion.

Respond promptly to payroll related inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and support stakeholders with payroll or ERP update concerns.

Coordinate payroll matters with HR, finance, and other departments, and maintain positive relationships with payroll service providers and vendors.

Perform reconciliations and data validation to ensure accuracy and compliance of payroll data.

Bachelor Degree in HR or Finance streams with 3 - 4 Years experience in US Payroll
