Job Description

As the Senior Executive for the L7 - IN - NUMERIC - AMC Sales department at NEDS, you will be instrumental in driving sales and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on devising and executing strategies to boost sales and market share for our battery and energy storage solutions. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, leveraging your industry expertise to position NEDS as a leading provider of innovative electrical and digital systems.
  • Lead and mentor the L7 - IN - NUMERIC - AMC Sales team, providing strategic guidance and direction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets across battery, AMC, retrofit, and buyback sales.
  • Identify and target potential customers, building strong relationships and negotiating favorable contracts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to ensure NEDS maintains its competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with the overall business strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and legal requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, keeping them informed of sales activities and achievements.
  • Represent NEDS at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our brand and establishing valuable partnerships.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in commercial disciplines.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the energy storage industry, including battery technologies, market trends, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach, fostering long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical prowess, utilizing sales data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools is highly advantageous, ensuring efficient sales operations.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business purposes, embracing a global perspective.
