Job Profile
- Achieve assigned KPIs for new customer acquisition and drive the migration of existing customers to digital platforms.
- Drive digital adoption initiatives across customer segments and lead training programs for staff on products, features, and processes.
- Act as the single point of responsibility for all training activities, materials, and documentation related to digital products.
- Develop and maintain manuals, guides, SOPs, presentations, and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create flyers, brochures, customer education content, and product demonstration videos.
- Identify and recommend key features and promotional themes for digital product campaigns.
- Coordinate with IT, Operations, Compliance and Business teams to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
- Support product launches, promotions, awareness programs, and lead presentations for management and external partners.
- Track training effectiveness, monitor adoption metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Ideal candidate should be between 22–35 years
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field in Digital Financial Products.
- A minimum of 03 years of experience in Digital Banking, Financial Services, Customer Acquisition, Training, or related roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and effective stakeholder management skills.
- Possess a strong understanding of digital financial products and customer journeys.
- Ability to work effectively across functions with Marketing, IT, and Operations teams.
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- A dynamic and results-oriented individual with good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English, Sinhala, or Tamil would be an added advantage.
