Job Description

As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and driving revenue through various strategic initiatives. Your key focus will be on enhancing customer relationships, ensuring timely payment collections, and coordinating activities related to product and service offerings. You will work closely with the field team, Revenue Managers, and other stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and improve overall service performance.
  • Support AMC revenue by actively following up with customers, tracking renewals, and assisting in the conversion of non-group accounts.
  • Coordinate and manage PCB-related activities, ensuring timely approvals and efficient payment collection processes.
  • Identify and support retrofit opportunities by tracking data and collaborating with Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and Revenue Managers.
  • Handle CRM updates, generate reports, and maintain regular communication with the field team and Revenue Managers.
  • Assist in improving overall service revenue performance by providing backend support and implementing process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for revenue growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data management practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
  • A results-driven approach with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
