Job Description

The Senior Executive will play a key role in supporting CRM-related processes, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining high-quality standards across account and lead management activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with team members, and proactive involvement in organizational initiatives.

CRM Data Management:

  • Review and release account data in CRM systems using research.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Verify and resolve duplicate records in CRM.
  • Update lead records and maintain accurate information across platforms.
  • Assist with various ad-hoc requests and projects in collaboration with other team members.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the manager to prepare and manage daily task tracking reports.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Collaboration & CSR:

  • Actively participate in team initiatives and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM operations, data management, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
