Job Description

• Coordinate and manage internal and external regulatory requirements across multiple regulatory and governing agencies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, approvals, and internal/external policies.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and conditions of approvals.
• Monitor, track, and report the status of regulatory submissions, approvals, and agency requests.
• Maintain a structured filing and document control system to ensure accurate recording, traceability, and retrieval of regulatory documents.
• Monitor adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks, identifying and addressing compliance gaps.
• Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities by providing regulatory and compliance inputs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
