Key Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development

• Coordinate and administer the full spectrum of learning and development initiatives.
• Conduct training needs analysis and support development of annual learning plans.
• Manage internal and external training programmes.
• Monitor learning outcomes and programme effectiveness.
• Support development of digital learning content and learning pathways.

1. Learning Operations & Systems

• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
• Maintain learning records, attendance reports and compliance documentation.
• Administer HRDC grants, claims and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor learning budget utilization and prepare management reports.

1. Talent Management & Succession Planning

• Facilitate talent review processes and succession planning discussions.
• Identify high-potential employees and critical talent pools.
• Monitor succession readiness for key positions.
• Recommend development strategies to strengthen leadership pipelines.

1. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Coordinate employee engagement surveys and action planning.
• Develop and implement employee engagement programmes.
• Drive employee recognition initiatives.
• Organize company-wide culture and employee experience activities.
• Support internal communication and change management initiatives.

1. Performance Management Support

• Support performance management administration and reporting.
• Maintain performance management documentation and records.
• Generate performance-related reports and analytics.
• Coordinate talent development actions arising from performance reviews.

1. Process Improvement & Governance

• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives across learning and engagement processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational excellence.
