Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful activation of sim racing activities in live environments
  • Serve as on-site event operations lead: run-of-show, cueing, technical checks, troubleshooting under pressure and incident documentation
  • Provide remote driver support (troubleshooting, firmware, settings)
  • Implement and run the asset register (QR codes/status), maintenance windows, RMA loops, and utilization reporting
  • Co-design pre-wired event kits to compress setup time and reduce failure points
  • Build cockpits for product launches and review campaigns; keep setups flawless for content and PR
  • Partner with marketing on technical setups for shoots and creator programs
  • Manage event-ops vendors (booth build/A-V/local crews)
  • Collect user feedback on-site/online and share with R&D to inform future designs

Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel globally ~12 weeks/year; availability for weekends and late shifts
  • Expert-level sim racing knowledge; confident PC/firmware/driver setup and troubleshooting
  • 2–3 years event operations with on-site technical support responsibility, preferably in professional sim racing or esports
  • Fluent English (spoken/written); additional EU languages a plus
  • Fast, calm troubleshooting and a proactive, courteous style with athletes, partners, and customers
  • Evidence of asset lifecycle practice (QR/registers, maintenance planning)
  • EU/DE work authorization; Class B driving license; safe equipment handling
