
The Senior Events Representative leads complex event planning and is responsible for supporting and assisting the VP Starkey Experience in all aspects of strategy, planning and execution in the event and travel department. Events strategies include, but are not limited to, flagship and customer product trainings, tradeshows, internal sales meetings, customer incentive trips and special customer events. Strong strategy, precise and creative planning, timely execution and clear stewardship plans are essential in this high-profile position. This candidate must be detail orientated, self-motivated and this person must be able to adapt to last-minute changes effectively. Meeting sharp deadlines while working under pressure is necessary.

Working Conditions
The target pay range for this position is between $64,680 - $90,000 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
The following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, company-paid life and short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, employee assistance plan, hearing aid benefits, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, paid floating holidays, paid volunteer service day, paid paternity and maternity leave and tuition reimbursement.
This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
