About Us

Kyriba is a global fintech leader empowering CFOs and finance teams with cloud-based treasury, payments, risk management and working capital solutions. We serve 3,000+ customers worldwide, managing $15 trillion in payments annually and helping businesses optimize liquidity performance across the enterprise.

We're on a mission to become the most sought-after cloud technology company globally. We think big, innovate relentlessly, and challenge the status quo every day. If you are a problem-solver who’s ready to push boundaries and achieve more than you thought possible-you'll find an exceptional career within an extraordinary business.

About The Role:

The Sr. Events Manager – NORAM is a key driver of Kyriba's event presence and field marketing strategy across North America. This role owns the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of Kyriba's flagship events and tradeshows, including the KyribaLive user conference and the AFP Annual tradeshow, as well as a broader portfolio of NORAM events. The Sr. Events Manager serves as the primary liaison between the marketing team and external event vendors, as well as internal procurement and finance teams, ensuring seamless execution and budget accountability across all event activity.

This role works in close collaboration with Growth Marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to develop pre- and post-event campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. The successful candidate will bring a strong operational mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying new event opportunities and in-booth activations that elevate Kyriba's brand and maximize ROI.

We're looking for a high-energy, organized, and strategic events professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, and builds strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of large-scale events including the KyribaLive user conference and AFP Annual tradeshow, as well as other NORAM events.

  • Manage all large event logistics including venue coordination, vendor contracting, booth design and setup, staffing, shipping, and on-site operations.

  • Lead the procurement process for events, including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships as the primary liaison between the marketing team and event suppliers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing team and internal procurement and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of event-related payments, purchase orders, and budget reconciliation.

  • Manage swag inventory, including sourcing, ordering, storage, and distribution for events and internal needs.

  • Research and evaluate new event and sponsorship opportunities; provide data-driven recommendations on which events Kyriba should attend or invest in to maximize market reach and pipeline impact.

  • Develop and recommend in-booth activation strategies to drive engagement, lead capture, and brand awareness at tradeshows and sponsored events.

  • Coordinate with internal teams—including Sales, BDR, Product, and Executive stakeholders—to manage event attendance, speaking opportunities, and on-site participation.

  • Partner with growth marketing teams to build integrated pre- and post-event campaigns that support lead generation, account engagement, and pipeline development.

  • Maintain transparent project plans, timelines, and budgets across all events; provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.

  • Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics and ROI to inform future event investment and strategy.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B event management or field marketing, preferably within enterprise technology or SaaS.

  • Proven track record managing large-scale conferences, tradeshows, and user events from concept through execution.

  • Experience managing vendor relationships, procurement processes, and event budgets at scale.

  • Strong understanding of how events integrate into broader demand generation and pipeline strategies.

  • Experience with event management software platforms (CVENT preferred).

  • Experience collaborating with growth marketing and/or digital teams on pre- and post-event campaign execution.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for lead management and campaign tracking.

  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to build relationships and influence across functions and levels.

  • Ability to travel as needed to support on-site event execution.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
