Job Description

The Senior Events Coordinator plays a critical role in the day-to-day execution of Dynasty’s robust events calendar. This individual will manage logistics, budgets, timelines, and on-site execution for both Dynasty-hosted and client-facing events. The role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to run events from conception through post-event reconciliation.

This is an opportunity to gain exposure to Dynasty leadership, collaborate cross-functionally, and help scale event operations as the Dynasty Community continues to grow.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Own and execute events from planning through reconciliation, including internal and client-facing events.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Maintain and contribute to the master events calendar.
  • Coordinate logistics for events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences (25–1,000+ attendees).
  • Manage attendee communications before, during, and after events, including registration, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Work closely with the VP, Head of Events to troubleshoot and resolve issues during event execution.
  • Conduct post-event surveys and debriefs; track insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Research and support creative event concepts, venues, and experiences.
  • Coordinate with sponsors on contracts, deliverables, and event updates.
  • Attend events on-site and provide hands-on support as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or related roles (brand or agency side).
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Client-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with creative tools a plus.
