This role is focused on event planning and operational execution—including logistics, timelines, vendor management, and onsite delivery—rather than marketing, communications, or PR.
As a Senior Events Associate in Private Bank EMEA Events team you will own defined workstreams and lead smaller-to-mid-sized events end-to-end, while also serving as a key execution partner on larger regional and global programs. You will be a visible, calm, and polished presence onsite, with strong production instincts, high standards, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Evening/after-hours work and periodic travel across EMEA are required.
