The Senior Event Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of events, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational excellence and brand standards. This role serves as the primary on-site point of contact during assigned events, working closely with Event Planning, Sales, Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Operations teams to deliver seamless service and memorable experiences.
The Senior Event Supervisor proactively anticipates guest needs, resolves service issues, and ensures all event details are executed according to client expectations and hotel standards. The role supports revenue generation opportunities through effective communication, upselling of hotel services, and fostering strong relationships with guests and clients.
Responsibilities include supervising event operations, coordinating event setups and breakdowns, monitoring service quality, and ensuring compliance with all safety, hygiene, and company policies. The Senior Event Supervisor assists management in training, coaching, and motivating associates while serving as a role model for service excellence and operational leadership.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury environment. The Senior Event Supervisor must maintain professional communication with guests, vendors, and team members, ensuring a collaborative approach to achieving departmental and property goals.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
