Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Event Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting both internal and external company events. As a Senior Event Specialist, you will be part of the People team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align on event needs.

Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and supporting end-to-end company events
• Designing and managing annual event calendars with accurate scheduling
• Organizing off-site meetings and coordinating business trips
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and agencies
• Following up on all top-notch events, such as global conferences and other high-profile gatherings
• Preparing event recaps and tracking feedback to enhance future events

Requirements

• 5+ years of event planning experience, especially in People, HR teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English
• Passion and interest in games
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
