Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Event Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting both internal and external company events. As a Senior Event Specialist, you will be part of the People team, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align on event needs.

Responsibilities
- Planning, executing, and supporting end-to-end company events
- Designing and managing annual event calendars with accurate scheduling
- Organizing off-site meetings and coordinating business trips
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and agencies
- Following up on all top-notch events, such as global conferences and other high-profile gatherings
- Preparing event recaps and tracking feedback to enhance future events
Requirements
- +5 years of event planning experience, especially in People, HR teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English
- Passion and interest in games
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
