We are looking for an experienced Event Producer to manage the execution of a portfolio of key projects for internal and external audiences.. This role requires you to collaborate and co-create experiences within the CEO Transformation Office and with teams in other business units, lead project teams, and follow an established event planning process that enables seamless execution of our event portfolio. This role reports to the Head of Event Production.
This role requires you to be in Mountain View 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
Drive innovative events end to end (e2e) across assigned campuses and offsite locations.
Co-create with small and large teams of workstream leads and collaborators to align attendee experiences with business objectives.
Lead our collaborative co-creation model, driving the strategic conversations that allow us to deliver impact at scale.
Develop and foster stakeholder trust by initiating and nurturing partnerships and delivering consistent subject matter expertise.
Develop and manage work back plan and cross-functional timelines, detailed project plans, and workstream requirements; act as the source of truth for all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Escalate when necessary.
Use AI tools to drive productivity, scalability, and to automate repetitive tasks.
Manage and execute our robust readiness model, including leadership reviews and sponsor approvals.
Develop, drive, and manage e2e logistics including budgeting and financial management, venue, agency, broadcast, calendaring/scheduling, contracts, vendors, delighters, f&b, contingency planning, etc.
Effectively manage resources to deliver against competing projects. Identify and problem solve resourcing risks. Surface and drive trade off conversations.
Support the CEO Transformation Office operations team in strengthening operational, analytical, and financial processes.
Establish success measures for each experience and evaluate outcomes — including attendee engagement, feedback, and progress against the goals outlined for the event.
Use post-event analytics and data to inform recommendations for future events.
Actively engage with team peers to identify great ideas and standardize best practices
Assist as assigned with workstreams within large scale events
Manage project team dynamics, lead with a steady hand and clear vision
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in e2e event project management.
Proven ability to drive informed, context and data-driven decisions.
Proven expertise in leading complex programs across multiple campuses or offsite locations.
Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver, ability to bring strategic objectives to life through event experiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Must thrive in an environment of rapid change, moving targets, and cross-functional dependencies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. CMP, CMM, or CTSM preferred.
Ability to travel up to 15-20% of the time, depending on assigned projects..

The expected base pay range for this position is:
Mountain View $118,500 - $160,500
