We are looking for an experienced Senior Off-Track Events Manager to join our Events team. Reporting to the Head of Off-Track Events, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of luxury events and guest programmes, creating exceptional experiences for VIP guests, partners and stakeholders.
Working within a fast-paced, global environment, you will manage events from concept through to execution, ensuring the highest standards of delivery, creativity and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of luxury events, guest programmes and brand activations.
- Manage event operations, logistics, timelines and Health & Safety requirements.
- Develop creative event concepts, proposals, site plans and branded experiences.
- Oversee budgets, supplier procurement, contracts and negotiations.
- Source and manage venues, production partners and event suppliers.
- Coordinate guest communications, logistics, gifting and VIP experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience delivering high-end events for luxury brands or premium audiences.
- Strong background managing events such as vehicle launches, gala dinners, private events, fashion shows or large-scale activations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and supplier relationships.
- Creative thinker with strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or motorsport events would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Flexible and willing to travel in the UK and internationally when required.
