You will be based in Singapore, reporting to the Head of APAC ETD Sales Trading in Hong Kong, within Global Markets Execution Services.
Our platform offers a full-service derivatives franchise, spanning both OTC and Listed products, across voice and electronic execution. We provide end-to-end solutions to institutional clients, combining execution, clearing, and advisory capabilities.
As Head of Singapore ETD, you will play a key role in shaping the regional strategy, collaborating closely with APAC and global counterparts, and positioning the franchise for continued growth.
Your expertise
• 10+ years of experience in listed derivatives sales trading, with a strong focus on high touch execution
• Proven leadership and people management experience, with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams
• Deep understanding of ETD markets, products, and microstructure, across both high touch and low touch execution channels
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and sales track record, including originating and growing client relationships
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market dynamics and translate them into actionable insights
• Resilient and composed under pressure, with a strong focus on risk management and execution discipline
