Due to further expansion we are currently seeking a full-time Senior Estimator (minimum 3 years estimating experience is required) to join our Digital Triage Team and prepare online quotes. In this role you'll review images of insured vehicles and determine the scope of work, then quote on the repairs, order parts and invoice completed repairs. About the Role:

You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of ordering parts at digital triaged assessment

  • Review the triage calendar throughout the day to manage the incoming vehicles
  • Review incident description and customer damage capture images to the insured vehicle that has been uploaded prior to arrival
  • Determine the scope of work to repair vehicle and quote on the repairs
  • Review any new images after arrival of vehicle
  • Input the correct vehicle data and any missing information relating to the damage and incident description
  • Coordinate with Parts department to ensure timely processing of parts/sublet invoices
  • Invoice jobs daily

About You:

  • 3+ years estimating experience is essential
  • Trade qualification in Panel Beating is strongly preferred
  • Passionate about cars and parts.
  • Good comprehension of Microsoft products.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong problem-solving abilities and be adaptive.
  • Must have a team first attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
