Senior Estimator – Commercial & Public Construction
Reno, NV | Onsite
About the Opportunity
An established commercial general contractor in Northern Nevada is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join its preconstruction team. This is a high-priority hire, and the company is prepared to be flexible on compensation for an exceptional candidate with the right depth of estimating and public construction experience.
This is not a role where you'll be handed individual scopes or daily estimating assignments. We're looking for a seasoned estimator who can independently own the entire estimating process, taking projects from early concept through final pricing and turnover.
Compensation & Opportunity
Target base salary is approximately $130K–$160K+, with flexibility to go higher for top candidates. The company understands that highly experienced Senior/Chief Estimators can command more and is willing to consider compensation accordingly.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established Northern Nevada contractor with a strong backlog and growing portfolio of commercial and public work. The right person will have significant autonomy and ownership and play an important role in how the company estimates, pursues and wins future projects.
