Job Title: Estimator

Currently we are looking for Estimator to manage all our Client proposals and Computes costs by analyzing material, labor and time requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.
• Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
• Utilize cost databases, historical data, and industry benchmarks to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids for construction projects in response to client requests.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate quotes and pricing.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure alignment of project goals and cost estimates.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing.
• Identify potential risks and uncertainties in project estimates.
• Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure realistic budgeting.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of cost estimates, bids, and relevant project documentation.
• Provide clear documentation for project handovers and reference.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements.
• Continuously improve estimating processes and techniques.

Qualification:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation.

Experience: 5 to 8 years exp. in Interiors & Fit out industries in UAE.

Salary: 6000 to 8000 AED based on the experience.
