Job Description: An international construction company with active projects in Jordan is looking for a Senior Estimation Engineer to handle full tender lifecycle estimation, from initial document review through final cost preparation. Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify scope and risks Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cross-check against BOQ figures Develop build-up rate analyses covering labour, material, equipment, and productivity Prepare RFQs and obtain/compare supplier and subcontractor quotations Estimate specialist works including concrete restoration, CFRP strengthening, and structural steel Identify scope gaps, commercial risks, and unsupported assumptions before submission Prepare complete, transparent tender cost sheets for management review Support Value Engineering by proposing alternative materials or methods Maintain and update the internal estimation database with current market rates Coordinate closely with Tendering, Technical, Planning, and Procurement teams Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 3-5+ years of experience in construction estimation Strong quantity take-off and detailed rate-analysis capability Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience preparing complete tender cost sheets independently Strong understanding of construction methodology and market pricing Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under deadline pressure Strong commercial awareness and margin-protection mindset
