Koniag Tech and Infrastructure Solutions LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior ESRI Developer with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our customer at Stennis Space Center, MS. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

We are seeking a Senior ESRI Developer to design, develop, and sustain enterprise geospatial capabilities supporting a DoD mission customer. The developer builds and maintains applications across the full ESRI platform stack, integrates geospatial services with enterprise web and database systems, and delivers software that meets DoD security and human systems integration standards. The position requires an active Top Secret clearance and demands a developer comfortable working in a security-hardened environment where every application must satisfy DISA compliance requirements before it reaches users.
The Senior ESRI Developer architects and implements geospatial solutions using Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro and Desktop tools, and ESRI Workflow Manager. Work spans the full development lifecycle: requirements analysis with mission stakeholders, software system design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Design, develop, and maintain web-based geospatial applications and services, including publication and management of OGC-compliant services (WMS, WFS, WMTS) for interoperability across mission systems
• Administer and extend Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Server environments, including service configuration, security integration, and performance tuning
• Build and automate geoprocessing workflows in ESRI Workflow Manager and Python; develop custom tools and interfaces in JavaScript and Java
• Integrate geospatial capabilities with enterprise web and database technologies, supporting data dissemination to distributed mission users
• Apply Human Systems Integration principles so interfaces match operator workflows, reduce task time, and minimize training burden
• Harden all applications and services against DISA STIGs and the DISA Application Security and Development STIG; support scan remediation, POA&M inputs, and RMF evidence for authorization packages
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, release notes, and system operating procedures
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree or experience
• Demonstrated experience developing with ESRI technologies: Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Pro / Desktop tools, and ESRI Workflow Manager
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and Java
• Experience with software system design, web and database technologies, and OGC services
• Working knowledge of geospatial data standards, data dissemination architectures, and Human Systems Integration practices
• Experience developing under DISA STIGs and the DISA Application Security and Development Guide
Clearance Requirement:
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience supporting DoD or IC geospatial programs
• Familiarity with RMF authorization processes and continuous ATO environments
• ESRI technical certification (Enterprise Administration or Developer track)
DoD 8140 Certification Requirements:
Must meet DoD 8140 baseline requirements applicable to the program management and IT leadership function:
• One or more of the following required:
• CompTIA Security+
• GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
• SSCP
• CASP+
• CISSP
Clearance Requirements:
• TS/SCI security clearance required - candidates will not be considered without an active TS/SCI clearance.
