What will you be doing in this role:

The Senior ERP Systems Engineer (Oracle HCM) supports the security and governance of Oracle Fusion HCM, SCM, Finance, and FDI applications by managing user access, role-based security, data security, environment refreshes, audit compliance, Redwood security, quarterly Oracle security updates, and production support. The role also supports critical enterprise projects and ensures secure access to systems that support workforce, nancial, and supply chain operations.

  • Provides specialized Oracle Fusion security administration and governance for enterprise HCM, SCM, Finance, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) applications.
  • Responsible for user provisioning, role-based access management, HCM and ERP data security, security configuration migrations, environment refreshes, data masking, audit and regulatory compliance, Redwood security enablement, quarterly Oracle security updates, and production support.
  • Partners with business and project teams to implement security requirements for new initiatives while ensuring users have appropriate access to perform their responsibilities without disrupting critical business operations.
  • Plays vital role in protecting critical workforce, financial, and supply chain data, maintaining compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements, and ensuring uninterrupted access to critically important Oracle Cloud applications that support workforce management, financial operations, supply chain processes, and ultimately the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across the Cedars-Sinai enterprise.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

Five (5) plus years of experience with implementing and supporting ERP systems, preferably Oracle HCM.

Project management experience required. Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and system analysis.

Functional and technical ERP experience. Demonstrated experience of the functional aspects of the application or system.

Experience with gathering data requirements and documentation of these requirements.

Post go-live support and maintenance of applications in ERP Eco-System.

Educational/Certification Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or technical field. (preferred)

Oracle Cloud certification preferred.
