TITLE: Senior ERP Systems Analyst
DUTIES: Responsible for ensuring Company ERP meets the needs of the business through leveraging existing functionality and supporting best practices. Ensures proper communication between the teams and a detailed understanding of the requirements to design, build, and test high quality solutions to meet the business needs with minimal cost, time, and business disruption. Document and communicate/translate requirements to the Oracle team, other IT teams, and stakeholders as required. Understand Oracle Cloud functionality and processes to conduct fit/gap analysis and present functionality options to business and IT stakeholders. Complete mapping specifications for related deliverables working with Functional Business Analysts. Work with technical resources to communicate requirements, understand design options, present pros/cons, and determine level of effort to Functional Business Analysts and other stakeholders. Own functional specifications for system configuration, reports, integrations, and extensions. Work with Functional Business Analysts to validate test scripts and training documentation. Ensure changes and updates are fully documented and vetted in a pre-production environment for any new applications or changes within an application. Understand support requirements for new and existing functionality and provide knowledge transfer to support resources. Troubleshoot system issues and provide direction on resolution to support team and other stakeholders. Analysis of solution impact to system performance, security and access, data and reporting, and downstream impacts (integrations, extensions).
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
SALARY: $160,000 - $264,899 /per year
LOCATION: Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc., 42 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 02061
Main Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (for foreign degree equivalent) in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field and six (6) years of experience as Computer Systems Analyst or related role where required experience was gained.
Special Skills: Also requires five (5) years of experience in the following:
• Proper requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, use case development, and process flow diagrams;
• Oracle Cloud functionality;
• Delivered end to end Oracle Procurement projects;
• Driving solutions to completion and build consensus across IT teams and with Functional Business Analysts;
• Problem solving and working with appropriate methodologies (Agile, waterfall, etc.), prepare detailed requirements documents, test plans, and process documentation and capable of understanding and communicating functional specifications, user stories, and related documentation to IT teams; and
• Driving solutions to leverage Oracle leading practices with minimal/no customizations.
