JOB PURPOSE:
The Senior ERP System Specialist ensures effective ERP system implementation and optimization while maintaining IT infrastructure stability and security. The role supports business operations through system integration, data management, and continuous improvement

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ERP System Expertise (Oracle Focus):

• Implement and configure ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Manage the full lifecycle of ERP systems, including upgrades, patches, and security management.

• Develop customizations and integrate ERP systems with other applications and platforms.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP solutions tailored to meet specific business needs.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.

• Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to ensure efficiency.

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and first-line assistance to users.

• Train and mentor end-users and junior ERP specialists, ensuring effective system usage.

• Stay updated with the latest ERP features and industry trends to recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams, IT, finance, and other departments to optimize ERP system performance and functionality.

• Prepare and deliver reports and analysis based on ERP data, ensuring accurate reporting.

• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, customizations, and user manuals.

Business Process Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, analyze processes, and identify areas where ERP systems can improve efficiency.

• Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage ERP development projects that align with organizational objectives.

IT Infrastructure Support:

• Assist in the planning, design, and configuration of IT infrastructure, focusing on optimizing system stability and performance.

• Familiar with Azure cloud services. And office 365 administration.

• Configure and troubleshoot network components such as firewalls (FortiGate), routers, Cisco switches, and servers.

• Oversee VPN (SSL, IPsec) configurations and VOIP systems.

• Manage local on-prem servers (vSphere ESXI, Hyper-V), ensuring robust server performance and uptime.

• Administer core IT services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, WSUS, and other infrastructure components.

• Monitor infrastructure health and performance using tools like PRTG, addressing issues proactively.

• Maintain and optimize backup strategies (Veeam) and network storage solutions (QNAP NAS).

System Administration:

• Manage and administer SAP B1 ERP systems and integrate them with other business applications.

• Oversee MS365 Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and AD synchronization, ensuring smooth communication across systems.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance:

• Ensure IT and ERP systems adhere to industry standards and maintain data security and compliance.

• Assist in the organizations ISO certification process, ensuring IT infrastructure and ERP systems meet required standards.

• Drive the continuous improvement of ERP systems and IT infrastructure, recommending and implementing new technologies as needed.

• Ensure assets and IT documentation are well-maintained, including proper tracking of changes and configurations.

Data Management & Reporting:

• Manage ERP data input, processing, and output, ensuring data integrity.

• Collaborate with internal teams to generate accurate, timely reports based on ERP data for decision-making

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• MCSE Certificate

• CCNA (Preferred)

• MS SQL knowledge is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in ERP system implementation, customization, and support (preferably Oracle).
• Knowledge of MS Office, with a particular focus on MS Excel
• Network Fundamentals
• Windows Servers 2008 or later versions and clients (MS Windows 8 and later versions)
• Active Directory
• MS Services -Networks MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer), Cyber Security
