
The Senior Organizational Change Management Leader is responsible for developing strategies, tactical communications and an engagement plan to execute successful business transformations for system enhancements and new system implementation for Services ERP projects. OCM strategies and deliverables support the successful deployment of new technologies, processes, and initiatives, and are designed to drive adoption and deliver a positive change experience for the customer-facing team.
This is an individual contributor role.
