Sr ERP Functional Analyst (Business Intelligence)

Duration: 2-year contract with a one-year option

Work Location / Setup

• Onsite in NCR (Ottawa/Gatineau)
• Core hours: 9 AM – 3 PM (Mon–Fri)
• No remote assumption — must be local or willing to relocate.

Project Overview

Supporting a large-scale digital transformation initiative, leveraging enterprise BI and ERP platforms to improve operational planning and decision-making.

This is a hands-on BI + ERP integration role—not a pure reporting position.

The focus includes:

• Building and enhancing BI tools, dashboards, and enterprise reporting
• Integrating SAP with Defence 365 and legacy systems (e.g., DRMIS, FMS, EDR)

This role requires strong technical depth across Power BI and SAP, with direct experience integrating enterprise and legacy systems in complex environments.

Candidates must meet both of the following:

• 5+ years (60+ months) of Power BI development experience
• 5+ years (60+ months) of SAP (enterprise system) experience

Scope of Work

This is an active, technical delivery role, including:

Designing and building BI dashboards (Power BI, SAP, D365)

Integrating data across:

• SAP modules (e.g., PM, MM)
• Legacy systems (DRMIS, FMS, EDR)

Developing:

• ETL pipelines
• Data warehouse structures and logic
• Troubleshooting BI and data quality issues
• Training and supporting business users

Producing:

• Reports
• Technical documentation
• Validation and testing outputs
