Job Description

Would you like to play a key role in influencing the decorations of our LEGO® bricks? If you have relevant work experience and you are both structured, creative and can work at a high pace, this is an outstanding opportunity to follow our equipment development from early idea to final approval within our Processing Novelty department!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end development of a dedicated portfolio of processing flex equipment.
  • Drive processing flex equipment development to improve performance, quality, cost and manufacturing of the equipment
  • Support the process of equipment engineering as a team member to improve performance, quality, cost and manufacture of future equipment
  • Identify technical development embracing new technology in relation to existing processing platforms
  • Conduct evaluation to ensure the quality of supplier’s deliverables.
  • Apply specialist knowledge within the area of mechanical engineering
  • Proactively support our technical Continuous Improvement flow proactively

It is a lever to constantly improve our competitive position in the toy industry by maintaining relevant through novelty differentiation and play experiences.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proficiency in designing with Siemens NX or similar CAD software
  • Familiarity with industrial assembly equipment and industrial automation
  • Experience with SCRUM or other agile workflows
  • Familiar with project management
  • A curious mindset, with a proactive approach to enhancing existing technical setups
  • Strong English language skills
