Responsible for equipment planning, selection, implementation, and management for manufacturing lines of ULT freezers, biological safety cabinets, and CO2 incubators. Ensure all equipment complies with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements and standards.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities

  • Participate in factory layout and expansion projects.
  • Lead equipment planning and capacity analysis.
  • Define equipment specifications and technical requirements.
  • Drive equipment sourcing, evaluation, and supplier selection.
  • Manage FAT/SAT and equipment acceptance.
  • Lead installation, commissioning, and validation.
  • Establish equipment management systems (PM, calibration, spare parts).
  • Drive continuous improvement and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with EHS, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D and Supply Chain.
  • Support NPI/NPT and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate EHS risks related to equipment and processes.

Other Job Requirements:

  • Familiarity with automation and refrigeration manufacturing (ULT preferred).
  • Knowledge of ISO, CE, UL standards preferred.
  • Understanding of EHS regulations and compliance requirements.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • 5–8 years in equipment engineering or Non-standard automation
  • Experience in equipment selection and project execution.
  • Knowledge of TPM and preventive maintenance.

Experience Qualifications:

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects.
  • Technically competent in troubleshooting from self-site.
  • Self-motivated individuals and responsible nature.
  • Excellent communication and human relation skills
  • Good English skill. Can work with global team from different zones.
