Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EPI Engineer to support the development and optimization of Silicon Carbide (SiC) epitaxy processes for next-generation power semiconductor technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with Process Integration, Device, Production, and Quality teams to improve process performance, yield, reliability, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SiC epitaxy processes for new technology development and manufacturing ramp.
• Analyze process data and identify opportunities for yield, quality, and cost improvement.
• Design and execute DOE (Design of Experiments) and evaluate process performance.
• Investigate process issues and implement corrective actions through root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Device, Process Integration, Reliability, and Manufacturing.
• Support qualification activities and continuous process improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering.
• Hands-on experience in epitaxy, CVD, SiC, or wide bandgap semiconductor technologies.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools such as JMP or Minitab is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and ability to work in a global team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SiC epitaxial growth and process development.
• Knowledge of failure analysis, process control, SPC, and yield improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting technology transfer and high-volume manufacturing
